Had to evacuate due to fires. The staff could not have been more friendly and professional—despite being swarmed with stressed guests. There was plenty of hot breakfast. The rooms were simple—a little outdated—but the ease and comfort made up for it. Grateful that the staff were willing to be kind and helpful.

Mr Flynn at front desk was excellent hooked us up with a sweet large room at early check-in for my wife and 2 kids at Registration for a 5 night stay and Lulu the Breakfast attendant was extra kind hearted.. Make them the employees of the Year..Staff in General was fantastic..Breakfast was Fabulous.. Many Thanks Springhill Manhattan Beach CA.. Y'all have a blessed life!!

Best hotel in the area. Breakfast is great. You should replicate Flynn, great customer service.

We had a great time staying at this SpringHill Suites! I must say, anything that could be improved in the hotel is more than made up by the amazing service provided by the hotel staff. Every single staff member we interacted with from the front desk staff (we were checked in by David who was awesome) to the breakfast crew and housekeeping were so friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcome and they made every effort to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is dated for sure with squeaky furniture but everything was clean. There was a kitchenette area in the room with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and sink which we liked. The breakfast was included and decent. But again, the welcoming service more than made up for any shortcomings the hotel may have had. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!!

Quiet and elegant

Great hotel venue with easy parking. I didn’t stay in a room but the conference room was nice and sound proof when the doors were closed and the temperature was perfect. Easy for an all day training and so many food options close.

Everything at my stay was really good. Staff was very friendly was able to get complementary lotion and disposable toothbrushes, which is always a convenience when traveling last minute book marked and saved one slight issue with one of the staff but all at all it was a great experience.

We always go for Marriott because of its clean and comfy beds but this one was not so clean. The sofa bed was stained and sheets were dirty. Did not smell clean at all. Very disappointed in Marriott

It doesn't look like much, but it's great for families. Clean, quiet, safe, well-located overall, and very friendly staff who made the effort to speak to us and understand us in French. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money. If you don't forget to pay for parking, walk a little further (10 minutes) and you'll find a residential street where parking is free. I recommend it.
