Excellent value for the price, plus I preferred this hotel over other ones because it doesn't charge ridiculously crazy parking fees.

This hotel is perfect for arrivals or the night before departure, as it's very close to LAX. The rooms are typical Spring Hill style, and the breakfast is a standard American breakfast. We received a bottle of water as a welcome drink. I would like to stay here again when using LAX.

Overall, a good hotel. A bit far from the city center. Be aware that parking fees are high.

Had a phenomenal time! Crystal, and her staff, were great! Despite, the key machine stopped working for all rooms, the staff made sure everyone was able to get into thier rooms. Loved my stay in L.A.!!!!

We traveled here for a Soccer game. The room was clean and spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. The location was great and the manager Edmund was absolutely amazing with customer service.

Had to fix the TV myself. And housekeeping doesn't have a reliable schedule to get my room cleaned.

Our trip was on May 9th through the 11th. Very pleased with the room and the staff. Breakfast was good, standard Springhill Suites complementary breakfast. Coffee great and hot. Agent Cooper from Twin Peaks would give it a 'thumbs up". Ample parking, but you need to get a placard to put on rear-view mirror when parking overnight as a guest. Quiet, even though we are close to the Aviation Blvd side. Will be staying here next time for sure.
