Truly amazing staff! Was there recently for a business trip. One of the best services I have had at a hotel! Val and Ed made sure I was always set with anything I needed. Highly recommend!!

Staff is good, hotel is dated, elevator slow, one of the elevators is always “temporarily” broken

The service was excellent!!! Edmund Castellanos, who greeted us, was very polite and helpful!! Definitely one of the best people who could have served us; he completely changed our experience.

An overall great hotel to stay - two gripes was just one elevator and the long breakfast line. The service and front office staff were great in dealing with.

They let me check in early at 10am. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and tasty. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but it only runs once an hour. The metro station is about 1km away.

Very nice location, conveniently located near the airport, the rooms are very spacious and in a good condition. Breakfast was OK ...close to alot of shops in the area
