We traveled here for a Soccer game. The room was clean and spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. The location was great and the manager Edmund was absolutely amazing with customer service.

Had to fix the TV myself. And housekeeping doesn't have a reliable schedule to get my room cleaned.

Our trip was on May 9th through the 11th. Very pleased with the room and the staff. Breakfast was good, standard Springhill Suites complementary breakfast. Coffee great and hot. Agent Cooper from Twin Peaks would give it a 'thumbs up". Ample parking, but you need to get a placard to put on rear-view mirror when parking overnight as a guest. Quiet, even though we are close to the Aviation Blvd side. Will be staying here next time for sure.

Great location near the airport with easy access to the anywhere.

Great price for a big room, traveling with family, so we had 5 people. Clean, efficient, finely appointed rooms, spacious accommodations, mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, excellent air conditioning, sound proofing and you can sleep in because the heavy black out curtains. 2 miles from Manhattan beach, walking distance to eateries, grocery store, convenience stores, easy parking and centrally located. Less than 10 minutes from LAX. Super comfortable bedding and pillow situation. Pool and hot tub outside, coin op laundry on sight, and a pretty good breakfast for the price point. A great choice

Although, this Springhills Suites hotel(SH-M) was a little out- dated, it was very nice and clean (thanks to the housekeeper with the long braids & dreads, who even gave the door frames a little extra attention). The receptionists at the front desk were very helpful & pleasant. I'd like to give extra kudos to Edmund, the operational manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever I passed him in hallways, he always seemed to be wearing "different hats" from front desk receptionist,to supervising the cleaning of rooms, to housekeeper (bringing us extra towels). Edmund always had smile on his face & would say "let me know how I can help you". Izia, the director, & Kristie, the assistant were also very considerate & pleasant. Thanks SH-M for making our stay worthwhile.

Nice hotel , good location but needs a lot of upgrade . $22 for parking per day

This is one of the best hotels in the area. The rooms are well priced and very comfortable. But the staff is the best part of the hotel! They are all super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend! 10/10 will be back again!

Incredible experience, I highly recommend it.

Clean room, just a basic standard, but comfortable enough for a few nights. Small fitness center, hot tub and pool with heated water. Tasty breakfast. Strange system, that charges credit card in the night for $10 with no reason, but it was all returned.
