Checking dude was pretty rude and arrogant to me. I’ve always booked and paid for my rooms using the Marriott bonvoy app. Apparently this time the room was not paid for through the app. I had to use card on the spot. Front desk man wanted to try and belittle me and say that’s not how it works. He continued to wanna correct me and even said, show me your credit card statement where you were billed so he could be proved wrong or right. Not one time did he recognize that I was even a bonvoy member or thank me for being one. He did not even mention any of the hotel amenities, or direct me to where the elevators were. But yet, still wanted to tell me how wrong I was. I’m a business traveler and have been for 25 years. This guy does not represent professional and really doesn’t care about the customers showing up to pay his check weekly. To his surprise the app does let you charge directly from the app! When you book a flex rate it will not allow the direct charge but hold the room . all other rates will be charge to the card on file. Rooms are somewhat outdated but expected for this old of a hotel. The living room in the suite did not have a Tv. Only Tv was in the bedroom. Room was clean
The staff are great and very attentive! Stayed here while on a business trip and it was perfect. Nice breakfast spread offered too.
Paid 290 for two nights plus 22 per night for parking. Hotel is situated in a very safe area 10 mins from manhattan beach woth plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel had free breakfast which was very good as well. Overall for the price and location it’s good

Very nice location, conveniently located near the airport, the rooms are very spacious and in a good condition. Breakfast was OK ...close to alot of shops in the area
